Dear Prospective Sponsor,
The Pattaya Players are a troupe of amateur thespians recently established in January of 2008. The organization was created to provide an artistically adventurous environment that attracts and excites diverse members of the Pattaya community by providing theatrical productions that entertain, inspire and inform. The primary focus of this letter is to inform you of our community intentions and to encourage you to support us as we grow and provide quality entertainment and community building activities for the local Pattaya area.
As a sponsor, you will be helping us to establish the infrastructure of our organization, get our first production, "An Evening of One Acts" off the ground and provide an opportunity for Pattaya residents and tourists to experience a taste of western culture through the performing arts. Our goal is to continue to provide quality theatrical productions, offer theater workshops and classes, to engage awareness in youth of the performing arts, and to use our collective group to support local charities. Your sponsorship will help us attain these goals.
Above all, your sponsorship contributes towards the beginning of the very first ever theatrical arts community in Pattaya! Your generous philanthropic efforts will provide the support and strength that the Pattaya Players needs to have an impact on the greater Pattaya community through the performing arts. SPONSORSHIP LEVELS:
In order to support our current and future productions and professional development opportunities, the Pattaya Players require donations to cover our operating costs. Pattaya Players is offering the opportunity for any organization, business or individual to become a Founding Sponsor with a donation of 20,000 Baht or more. Below are also several other sponsorship levels encompassing all financial ranges.
Your donation will not only serve as the catalyst in making the Pattaya Players a celebrated cultural presence, but it will provide the means and support to bring together the Pattaya creative arts community. FOUNDING SPONSOR - 20,000 Baht minimum donation:

• All press releases given to local newspaper and news organizations
Founding Sponsor package also features:
• Full page advertisement in the event program
• Companies name announced during program as a Founding sponsor
• Option to remain a Founding Sponsor in future years, even though this will be the only year for this title
• Company banner displayed in theater or lobby during productions
• Opportunity to have a table set-up in theater lobby to distribute company brochures, publications or other media
DIAMOND SPONSOR - 10,000 Baht minimum donation:

• All posters printed for shows
• On all e-mail promotions, sent out almost monthly
• VIP listings on the Pattaya Players official website
• All press releases given to local newspaper and news organizations
Diamond Sponsor package also features:
• 1/2 page advertisement in the event program

PLATINUM SPONSOR - 5000 Baht minimum donation:

Platinum Sponsor package also features:
• 1/4 page advertisement in the event program

GOLD SPONSOR - 3,000 Baht minimum donation

Gold Sponsor package also features:
• 1/8 page advertisement in the event program

Silver Sponsor package also features:

ALTERNATIVE SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES:

The package includes: sponsorship of any fees related to the creation and printing of either: event teasers, flyers, or programs
• Sponsorship of all T-shirts
The package includes: sponsorship of any fees relating to the creation and printing of Pattaya Players T-shirts
